Arnold and Annabelle reissue their collection of cookbooks
Northerners Arnold and Annabelle launched a collection of cookbooks more than 10 years ago, and in 2020, they are re-releasing their books, including two bestsellers.details.
Recipe books that are easy to understand and accessible to all, that’s what Neuville-en-Ferrain Nordistes Arnold and Annabelle propose in their series of cookbooks, “Que faire de simple?”For the start of the new school year in September 2020, they are announcing a new edition of this collection.
This new edition is an opportunity for the creators of this book collection, whom we met in 2017, to highlight their two bestsellers: “What to do with fresh vegetables” and “What to do with fresh fruit”.
Annabelle is proud of how far she’s come in the last decade: “There’s a real craze for cookbooks. The first ones are always in high demand,” says the author of the recipes in these books.
“With Arnold, we complement each other,” says Annabelle, who hosts the weekly “On cuisine ensemble” column on France Bleu Nord.
A total of 300,000 households have been won over by the concept of these practical little books, which also have an educational dimension: each book, with a hundred pages, details a hundred or so recipes in very clear steps.

For example, in the book on vegetables, there are four pages on zucchini: “The zucchini is described in detail and the first steps in preparing it are given,” explains Annabelle.A short text, produced with the Pasteur Institute of Lille, summarizes the virtues of the vegetable and gives advice on food conservation.
